Did you try CosplayMagic? Hopefully that is one wig the did right. They should have a Lenalee wig.

Last resort. Amphigory. Since the style isn't too hard, a long wig should work. When they describe the wig, make sure they say you can put it in ponytails. there are some where you can see the net underneath if you're not careful.
